Do you remember the difference between British Isles and Great Britain; Isle of Ireland and Republic of Ireland; United Kingdom and England? 
We can see a country from two main points of view: Physical geography (mountains, rivers, lakes, etc) and Political geography (countries, cities, demography, etc). However, we can see both aspects together.

As you can see in them, the British Isles consist of two
large islands and many small islands. Draw a chart on
your notebook and complete it with all the information

England, Scotland, Wales and the Nothern of Ireland form the United Kingdom. They are four countries forming one big country, a Nation called “The U.K”. Each country has got its own capital city. Write them in a chart:

6º: “The United Kingdom (UK) is an European country. It's the union of England, Scotland and Wales, (Great Britain, the largest island of Europe) and Northern Ireland.
The United Kingdom is a constitutional monarchy. Queen Elizabeth II, is also the Queen and Head of State of (15) other Commonwealth countries, including Australia, Canada, Jamaica and New Zealand. This is a significant factor and the strongest ingredient in the development of many English speaking countries, including the United States - its closest ally.
